1. DEFINITION AND NATURE OF PERSONAL DATA:

During your use of the site www.backswap.com (hereafter called "the Site"), we may be required to ask you to provide us with personal data.

The purpose of this charter (hereafter called the "Charter") is to inform you of the means that we implement to collect your personal data, with the strictest respect for your rights.

3. IDENTITY OF THE ENTITY RESPONSIBLE FOR COLLECTING DATA

The entity responsible for collecting your personal data on the Site is the company Virgile Valour Immobilier, registered under the Paris Trade and Company Registry number 504 883 810, whose head office is located at 25 rue La Boétie, 75008 Paris ("us").

4. COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA:

Your personal data is collected to meet one or several of the following requirements:

5. RECIPIENTS OF THE COLLECTED DATA:

The categories of people who will have access to your personal data are, within the limitation of their respective remit, the sales department, the IT department, the administrative department and outside organisations that are contractually linked to us for contractual purposes.

7. LENGTH OF TIME PERSONAL DATA IS STORED:

Your personal data will be deleted at the latest 6 months after your membership has ended, with the exception of data that is required to establish proof of a right or a contract which can legally be archived for five years.

The Charter becomes effective the January 15th, 2010 .
